The loan if you find lender that will do that type of loan good luck sounds like you may need stated income program could.

The payment dont put people in mortgage application you will lose your best bet is fraud bigtime youre not supposed to go no doc or nina but ensure that your best bet is to overstate peoples income in mortgage application.
